Not to exclude a bill of sale, certificate of authenticity, and a written promise addendum banning both parties [You, the acquirer and the Artist/seller] from print production/distribution rights, ensuring Midnight Oil’s irrevocable “one of one” state of existence. These measures will ensure zero damage in transit, plus the assurance that John Sebastian DiGirolamo will keep his promises to maintain deal structure integrity.
